401K Program

This program is offered to all employees following the completion of one year of service while working over 1000 hours in that year. This plan allows employees to save for retirement on a before-tax basis. NEHHC may make a discretionary contribution on an annual basis to the employees' plans either through a matching contribution or via a Profit Share.

Full-time positions

While most NEHHC caregivers work part-time on an hourly basis, the company also offers a limited number of full-time positions with full insurance benefits.
